"The Empire State Building gives you a memorable view of Manhattan from the 86th floor Observatory. In spite of the fact that the place is filled with tourists and the lines are pretty long, you can choose to purchase a City Pass from the official website, and you can go straight to the elevator line. It would be better if you choose to visit it during the week, when the place is not that busy.
