Nearly a fifth of our students study abroad making us 14th in the nation among doctoral universities sending students abroad. Faculty include a Pulitzer Prize winner, a National Book Award winner, Fulbright, Ford and Guggenheim scholars, and fellows in the National Academy of Science, American Academy of Arts and Sciences, American Psychological Society and American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Students can choose from more than 200 clubs and organizations including student government, ethnic, political and social clubs.
